Shipping Locations
We ship across India using India Post (Registered Parcel) for reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated by weight:

₹42 for the first 500g

₹19 for every additional 500g

₹10 packing & handling fee per order

Free shipping on orders above ₹999!

Shipping charges are shown at checkout for review before payment.
Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 working hours after receiving payment.

Processing does not occur on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time

Within Kerala: 2-4 days

Outside Kerala: 5-12 days (varies based on distance)

Orders are sent via train transport, so exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Packaging & Sustainability
At Books4Cubs, we take extra care in packaging your books to ensure they reach you safely while making conscious efforts to reduce plastic waste.

Whenever possible, we wrap books using leftover cardboard pieces instead of bubble wrap. While it may not look as polished, it’s a small step toward a greener planet.

The package is enclosed in a recyclable polybag/courier bag, as we haven’t yet found a more effective and affordable alternative. We kindly request you to discard it responsibly.
Delivery & Address Guidelines

Packages are usually delivered to your doorstep without prior calls from the postman.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, India Post might leave an intimation letter to collect the parcel from the nearest post office within 3 days.

If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned, and the customer must pay for reshipping.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking ID will be sent via email after dispatch.

Tracking updates may take time to reflect—please check regularly.
Damaged & Returned Packages

In rare cases of damaged parcels, contact us immediately to raise a claim with India Post.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refused, or unclaimed, the customer must pay reverse shipping and reshipping charges. No cancellations or refunds will be issued in such cases.
